All RVs must be fully self-contained.

All recreational vehicles must be in good repair with current registration.

All RV’s must be self-contained.

RV’s must have proof of inspection by American National Standard Institute (ANSI).

No Drop Offs-Guests; you must own your own tow vehicle; you cannot have RV towed in by someone else.



RENT: All payments for rental of space are due in advance; renewal of space is due at noon on day owed and must be paid timely. Late payment of rents may result in termination of occupancy. The 6th day of the month, if rent is not paid, a 10% late fee will be charged based on the total reservation amount. If you wish to extend your stay beyond your reservation, please come to the office as soon as possible as your space may not be available! All rents are non-refundable, including early departure.


QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (no generators allowed during this time). Please be considerate of others with TV, radio, and stereo. No outside lighting is to be left on after 10:00 p.m. CHECK OUT time is NOON.


AUTOMOBILES: must be parked in designated parking areas only. No more than (1) one vehicle is allowed per rental unit unless prior approval from Park management. All cars must be parked inside the white lines on the roadway, and inside 6X6’s side lot line markers. Any vehicle parked in a vacant site will be charged for the space at the current daily overnight rate. If parked in a posted “no parking” area, without prior permission of the Park, car will be towed away at owner’s expense. Vehicle repair is prohibited in the Park at all times. Only standard, manufactured car and/or motorcycle covers may be used; no tarps.


NO CAR WASHING: No car or trailer washing is allowed.


OCCUPANCY: Only one RV per space is allowed with a maximum of 5 adults and 4 children per space.


SPEED LIMIT: is posted at 5 mph. The traffic flow is ONE_WAY as posted and indicated with arrows. Please drive carefully and follow the one-way signs.


MINORS: Must be supervised at all times by parent or guardian who is liable for all damages to the property of other guests or property of the park.


SKATEBOARDING: is prohibited in the Park. Bicycles may be ridden on roadways only. They are not allowed in the entryways of any buildings, sidewalks or walkways.


PETS: are welcome; however, their owners must supervise them at all times. No pets are allowed in laundromat, or restroom area at any time. Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time. Please–Our lawns and flower beds are not part of the “‘dog walk!” All animal waste is to be cleaned up as soon as deposited anywhere in the Park, including the occupant’s space. The Park reserves the right to deny the keeping of any pet if the Park deems the pet to be a problem. You are responsible for your pets. Complaints of excessive barking or aggression may result in your removal from the park. Only temporary pet runs and/or cages are permitted. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Limit of 3 pets per space.


GUESTS: are the responsibility of the registered occupant. Please make certain your guests are aware of the Park rules and abide by them.


MAINTENANCE OF SPACE: No boats, boat trailers, or two-wheel trailers or storage. No alteration of the space is allowed; no fencing of any kind, sheds, decking, landscaping, etc. (without written permission from Management). Cleanliness of the Park is important to us. Nothing is to be stored outside or under the RV except outdoor equipment, such as patio-type furniture, grills, coolers (no appliances of any kind outside). All refuse is to be placed in our trash dumpsters located in the fenced area behind the office daily. No trash is to be stored on the space. All awnings, attached or free-standing must be in good condition. No combustibles are to be stored under the RV or on the space at any time.


UTILITIES: State code mandates no extensions cords can be plugged into the Park electrical receptacle. One power cord (not to exceed 35 feet in length) from the RV to the receptacle is all that is allowed. If you have a 50 amp power cord, you must plug into a 50 amp receptacle; 30 amp cords to a 30 amp receptacle. DUE TO HIGH ELECTRICAL PULL, USE OF SPACE HEATERS IS PROHIBITED!


PROPANE: All propane tanks must be stored inside the RV as provided by the manufacturer; extra propane tanks must be stored at back of space; no storage of any propane tanks under the RV including the area under a 5th wheel hitch; all propane tanks must be secured.


WOOD BURNING: is prohibited at all times, except for the central campfire.


COMPLAINTS: All complaints must be submitted in writing in the office, during normal business hours. If after hours, complaints may be sent to the Management, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
